Cancellation and refund policy
River activities depend on weather, water level and guest safety. Feel Outdoor checks the river condition carefully before confirming or running a private tour.
A tour may be cancelled or changed because of heavy rain, rising river level, high water, thunder, typhoon, strong wind, unsafe road access, equipment issue or guide safety judgment.
If Feel Outdoor cancels for safety before the tour starts, we will discuss a date change, alternative activity or refund option depending on the confirmed plan and payment status.
If guests cancel after confirmation, arrive late, do not come, join with unsafe health condition or cannot participate because of alcohol or guide safety judgment, refund may not be available.
Because private tours are arranged by date, group size, course and guide availability, the final cancellation and refund details will be written in the confirmation email before payment.
