Travel towards Ome and Mitake on the JR Chuo / Ome Line. Check the route for your departure station and tour date.

How old does my child need to be?
The minimum age is 4+, subject to river and weather conditions, suitable equipment and guide judgement. Contact us before booking for a very small or nervous child.
Do parents join the raft?
This experience is designed for families to enjoy together. Please confirm the adult-and-child combination and supervision arrangements when booking.
What if my child is nervous or cannot swim?
Tell us before booking. We can discuss your child's comfort, equipment needs and participation suitability. Life jackets do not remove the risks of a river activity.
Can I come by train?
Yes. Travel to Mitake Station in Ome. Contact Feel Outdoor before your visit to confirm the meeting point and any station pickup or drop-off arrangements.
What happens if the river conditions change?
Weather, river levels and guide judgement determine whether a tour runs or changes course. Contact us for your booking details and read the cancellation and refund policy before booking.
Are wetsuits and river shoes included?
Wetsuit and river-shoe rentals are separate from the listed included equipment. Ask about rental fees and sizes when booking.
