Terms & conditions
Please understand the river tour rules before booking.
These notes summarize Feel Outdoor's original participation terms in clearer customer language.
Rafting, Pack Raft and canyoning happen in nature. Weather, river level, rocks, cold water, slips, falls and other hazards can cause injury, damage, illness, loss or serious accidents. Please join only after understanding and accepting these risks.
On the day, guests must fill out required information and sign a participation confirmation form before joining.
Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian signature. If the guardian cannot come, contact Feel Outdoor in advance.
Guests must follow guide instructions, wear required safety gear and cooperate with safety rules throughout the activity.
The original terms state that photos taken during the tour may be used by Feel Outdoor. Ask in advance if you have concerns.
Weather, river level and tour changes
Tours are normally held even in rain or snow, but safety comes first.
A tour may be changed or cancelled without notice on the day because of sudden weather changes, rising river water or safety conditions.
If the river level no longer meets safety standards, the tour may be cancelled or changed to a lake activity.
Guides are trained in risk reduction, rescue and first aid. The final safety decision belongs to the operator and guides.
Even with training and safety systems, outdoor sports cannot guarantee that accidents will never occur.
Health and participation restrictions
Guests who consumed alcohol on the day, are hungover, or are clearly intoxicated cannot participate. A cancellation fee may apply.
Pregnant guests are not allowed to participate because river activities may be life-threatening in unsafe conditions.
If you have chronic illness, health concerns, handicap, injury or any worry about participating, contact Feel Outdoor in advance.
Feel Outdoor may refuse participation when behavior or circumstances suggest the guest's safety cannot be protected.
Arrival, payment and cancellation
Please finish reception and registration before the tour start time. Tours start at the scheduled time. If late, call 090-3555-5991.
Delays due to traffic, coronavirus-related issues or other customer-side reasons may be treated as customer convenience cancellation.
Credit card payment is preferred where possible to keep check-in smooth.
If guests cancel or reduce participant numbers for customer convenience, cancellation fees apply. The original terms state schedule changes from 2 days before to the same day are charged 50% because guides have already been arranged.
Contact for changes or concerns
If you will be late, need to cancel, reduce participant numbers, have health concerns, or do not understand the terms, contact Feel Outdoor before the tour.
